SELF’s long-form fitness series features certified personal trainers creating and leading HIIT exercise programs that focus on specific muscle groups for a complete and well-rounded workout. The launch of Season 1 hosted by Lita Lewis and Rhys Athayde aligned with the “Stronger with SELF” Spring 2018 Challenge. With early and astounding success on YouTube, I worked alongside video strategy and editorial to create a distinguished look and feel that set SELF apart from other online workouts.

Sweat with SELF: Season 2
Amy Eisinger joined Rhys Athayde to host Sweat with SELF and transform it into a continuous series. With a clear content strategy and strong visual direction, I was able to improve the overall value of the project with a tailored graphics package and streamlined schedule. As first-time hosts, I worked with Amy and Rhys to establish their on-camera personalities and coaching style that created the playful vibe and added to the approachability of the series.

This season shows how consistency and collaboration pay off. Amy Eisinger and Rhys Athayde gain confidence as hosts and their partnership resonates with audiences. The energy in each workout continues to be playful, challenging, and fun. The schedule gave the crew more time to set up, which helped the visuals look more polished.
